Welcome commands

Greet people who join and say goodbye to those who leave. Anyone can use a command unless it says it needs a permission. If your server changed the prefix, use that instead of !.

Needs Manage Server

Greets new members in a channel. Write New_user where the name goes. Put {embed} at the start and the end to send it as an embed.

Try it: !welcome #channel {embed} Welcome New_user to Risk {embed}

Needs Manage Server

Turns welcome messages off.
